Welcome to the Femisticated podcast! If you're passionate about topics concerning the world of women, eager to maintain your incredible feminine essence while thriving in a world teeming with challenges, then you're in the right place. Together, we're embarking on a journey to inspire, empower, and bring positive energy to women everywhere.

Launching this podcast has long been a dream for us. We are both excited to explore topics of motherhood, running a business, and the unique challenges women face in today's society. We aim to create a space where both women and men can gain insights into understanding the feminine journey.

The Reality of Our Feminine Journey

We are passionate advocates for supporting and celebrating women's voices and dreams.

Feminism should celebrate all choices a woman makes, whether that means being a stay-at-home mom or pursuing a career. We advocate for an environment that validates women’s decisions instead of judging them!

Here is a little taster of few things we talk about in our podcast: tune in and enjoy!

Embracing the Feminine Energy

Lucia: You mentioned an important point about balancing our drive and productivity with our feminine energy. As a business owner and a mother of two, I often found myself overwhelmed. At one point, I realized I was embodying more masculine energy, pushing myself relentlessly, which led to burnout. Connecting with you helped me recognize that we can conduct business with grace and still be productive.

Nina: Exactly! Society largely operates on a masculine framework, but we, as women, have a different rhythm and cycle. It's essential to recognize and harmonize with our natural flow. I learned this firsthand after giving birth to my daughter last year; I had to slow down and listen to my body more often.

Finding Your Rhythm

Lucia: Isn’t it fascinating how our energy and creativity ebb and flow? There are days when everything feels effortless and vibrant, and then there are times when we struggle. For example, just yesterday, we planned to record multiple episodes, but we decided to go with the flow and take it easy because it was one of those days.

Nina: Yes! Women should feel empowered to base their decisions on their monthly cycles and not be overly critical of themselves. This adaptability is key, as we are often our harshest critics.

The Importance of Collaboration

Lucia: Moving along, how did you feel when you realized we would be collaborating on this podcast?

Nina: I had been following your work for a while, and when you reached out, I couldn’t believe it! I often felt the urge to connect because we share the same industry, but I hesitated. Your vision and energy resonated with me, and I was ready to stop doing things alone.

Lucia: It’s amazing how the universe aligns things when the time is right. We both resonate with the idea of elevating women’s voices and supporting each other’s dreams.

Celebrating Women’s Success

Nina: Absolutely. We must learn to celebrate each other’s achievements and understand that one woman’s success does not take away from another. We need to advocate for all women to realize their dreams, no matter how they define success— be it in career, family, or personal fulfillment.

Lucia: This brings us to the topic of feminism and how it sometimes gets misconstrued. Feminism should be about celebrating all choices a woman makes, whether it’s being a stay-at-home mom or pursuing a career. We must create an environment where choices are validated, not judged.

Embracing Change and Self-Discovery

Nina: Yes, and it’s vital to remember that dreams can change throughout our lives. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. I often remind myself to be brave in pursuing new passions and not to feel guilty about the changes.

Lucia: I can relate! Throughout my career path, I tried various roles before I found my niche. It’s essential to normalize confusion and uncertainty in life because that’s where growth happens.

The Importance of Rest

Nina: Exactly! And as we navigate our lives, we often forget the importance of rest, particularly as mothers. We have this overwhelming pressure to multitask constantly. But allowing ourselves a moment of peace can make a world of difference.

Lucia: I’ve learned to embrace that downtime, especially when I need to recharge. So often, we associate productivity with busyness, forgetting that nurturing ourselves is equally productive.

A Journey Ahead

As we wrap up our first episode, we are excited about the journey ahead. We have so much to explore, from motherhood to self-love and personal growth. Our goal is to create a space where women (and men!) can learn, grow, and support one another in their journeys.

If our words reach even one person and motivate them, then we will consider this podcast a success. We hope you’ll join us in our mission to empower women to live their dreams and embrace their true selves.
